THY'DEN TANITIM ATAĞI

THY Belgrad Müdürlüğü Sırbistan'da faaliyet gösteren tüm acentelere yeni yıl kokteyli verdi. Belgrad'ın en prestijli oteli olan Hyatt Regency'de gerçekleşen kokteyl ile önemli bir tanıtım etkinliğine imza atıldı.

As I carried on with United they as well emailed me their confirm that had Turkish airlines part of trip on it too. Even had email in morning from United offering online boarding, that I wish I had done but did not. At counter she printed out the Chicago-Calgary boarding pass but then said Aeroplan had changed ticket numbers and she could not release the TK boarding pass until I called Aeroplan from post office downstairs and straightened out but very frustrating. If they are to be joining the Star Alliance they need to have the processes in place to play in the big sandbox. Too bad as plane and staff onboard were great.
  • Bir baska yolcunun gorusu.Dublin-Istanbul-Delhi. Complaining about connecting flight from Istanbul to Delhi and ground staff. Dublin-Istanbul flight got delayed by 2 hour from Dublin and wasn't communicated to Istanbul airport staff. We kept asking the cabin crew about the status of connecting flight to Delhi. They assured the airline will take care and we will be able to catch our flight. Instead when we reached Istanbul airport, we found that the Istanbul Delhi flight left half an hour earlier. The ground staff was extremely rude and nobody had a clue on next steps. They made us go from pillar to post and buy the transit visa for 15 Euros.We were given the airport hotel at 1 am and no meals were available. Very disappointing service
  • The one meal that was served was given with the compulsory grump and asking anything about the food or other options was met with an even deeper grump. When getting off the plane the cabin crew stood in their nooks near each of the emergency exits with their arms crossed and their horribly sincere frowns stuck in place. Then the real fun began. Turkish Airlines had decided to leave JFK without any bags on board. They did not give any of us a choice to stay in NYC with our bags. Now I am stuck in Istanbul in winter with no clothes. by Martin Gilliland
  • Bir yolcunun gozlemi.JFK to ISTDec 28-2010. The check- in process was appalling and left two full flights of people arguing with each other over where the queue went. The check-in staff did nothing to help and in fact fulled the fire by saying they had nothing to do with the queue that we had to try and start because there were no barricades set aside for Turkish Airlines. On board they didn't get any better. On a 10hr flight they served one meal. During the middle of the flight there was a single cabin crew member serving all 3 economy cabins. His English was basic and his knowledge of customer service was worse. I asked if there was a toothbrush in the small vanity kit they gave us, his answer "I dunno". Big help!

THY Belgrad Müdürlüğü tarafından Sırbistan'da faaliyet gösteren tüm acentelere bir yeni yıl kokteyli verildi. Belgrad'in en prestijli oteli olan Hyatt Regency'de gerçekleşen kokteyle seyahat acentaları mensupları, Sırbistan Büyükelçisi Ali Rıza Çolak , Belgrad Kültür ve Tanıtma Ateşesi Derya Polat ve çok sayıda medya mensubu katıldı.

Yaklaşık 150 kişinin katıldığı kokteylde THY'nın yeni açılan hatlarından Ho Chi Minh City'nin tanıtımı amacı ile bilet ödüllü çekiliş yapıldı.

Kokteyl açılış konuşmasını yapan THY Bölge Baskan Yardımcısı Mehmet Başpınar tarafından THY'nın yeni ürünü Comfort Class'ın ve yeni açılacak hatlarının tanıtımı yapıldı. Kokteylde Türk mutfağının seçkin örneklerinden oluşan bir menü sunuldu.

Sırbistan'ın en çok satış yapan acentası Kontiki Travel oldu...

Kontiki acentesine, Best Agency Award for Highest Yield achievement in 2010 Follow Me acentesine, Best Agency Award for Most Increased Sales in 2010 Kompass NoviSad acentesine, Best Agency Award Top Business Sales in 2010 ödülleri sırasıyla, THY Bölge Başkan Yardımcısı Mehmet Başpınar, Belgrad Kültür ve Tanıtma Ataşesi Derya Polat ve THY Sırbistan Bölge Müdürü Ümit Kurtar tarafından takdim edildi ve Kurtar'ın konuşmasını takiben pasta kesilerek seremoni tamamlandı.
